What Are You Hearing?
At an undisclosed location on UBC’s campus, I am playing piano.
Those sounds are altered through effects and then sent to the Ladner Clocktower, where they are amplified by the speakers.
As the performer, I never get to hear what it sounds like. The sounds melding with birds, people talking, the environment. But you can hear it.
